  Find the staff really rude and unhelpful have been in several times and its been the same ech time. Waited in the queue today they saw me and an older caucasian lady entered and they served her before even glancing in my direction just to advise that thy cant do a light change couldnt be bothered seeing if thy could assist in anyway just straight rude
  I know for a fact theyve done light fittings before and that its done at other branches as Ive had it done in Auckland so not sure why they seem so reluctant to help ....Just a general grumpy rude staff ...wont go back need upskill your staff in Customer Service seems thy pick and choose who they are nice too...super cheap auto it is ..
